Job summary

Ansco Systems Private Limited is seeking an experienced Solar PV Design Engineer to manage end-to-end design activities for rooftop, ground-mounted, and floating solar projects across Pan India. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and a background in Electrical Engineering.

You will prepare PV designs, GA drawings, SLDs, layouts, and protection schemes, while coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with MNRE, DISCOM, IEC, and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Solar PV system design & engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Excel.
• Understanding of HT/LT systems, SCADA basics, and grid connectivity.
• Familiarity with Indian standards & safety norms.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PV system designs for rooftop, ground-mounted, and floating solar plants.
• Develop GA drawings, SLDs, layout drawings, string layouts, and earthing & lightning protection designs.
• Perform energy generation calculations using PVsyst / Helioscope / AutoCAD.
• DC & AC side design including inverter sizing, cable sizing, transformer selection, and protection schemes.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams for design finalization.
• Ensure compliance with MNRE, DISCOM, IEC, and client technical specifications.
• Support tendering & estimation teams with technical inputs and BOQs.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and O&M stages.
