Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in mechanical design.
• Solid understanding of transformer design and specifications.
• Proficient in preparation of contract and manufacturing drawings.
• ISO 9001 documentation and contract drawings preparation.

• Design transformers with voltage ratings up to 33 KV.
• Prepare contract and manufacturing drawings.
• Maintain records as per ISO 9001 standards.
• Prepare tender designs and maintain ISO 9001 records.

Role Summary: Mechanical design of Transformers from 5MVA,66KV to 220KV class

Job Description

• Design of Transformers of voltage rating upto 33 KV MVA rating upto to 3MVA
• Preparation of Contract Drawings for Customers.
• Preparation of Manufacturing Drawings like Yoke Clamp, Tank & Cover Assly and Internal Assembly and other related part drawings
• Preparation of Tender Designs
• Maintenance of Records as per ISO 9001 requirement
• Preparation on BOM using SAP
