Job summary

Goken India is seeking a Design Engineer II with Automotive Plastics experience using CATIA to design layouts for mobility systems. You will develop CATIA layouts to optimize part packaging while meeting performance targets and leveraging CATIA modules for drafting and assembly design.

The role requires a BE/BTech in Engineering and 5-7 years of relevant experience; familiarity with CATIA V5 or V6 is essential and you will work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Engineering is required.
• 5-7 years of console or IP design relevant industry experience.
• Experience using CATIA V5 or CATIA V6.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to develop layout for mobility systems.
• Develop Layout in CATIA to accommodate part packaging while ensuring that those parts achieve performance targets.
• Expertise in CATIA - Part Design, Generative shape design, Drafting & Assembly Design workbenches.
• Search new ways to increase overall efficiency, utilize up-to-date technology, and reduce design and parts costs
