Job summary

Team Geek Solution is seeking a mechanical design engineer to create accurate layout, manufacturing and assembly drawings, along with comprehensive BOMs, aligned with project timelines and requirements. The role involves detailed 2D drafting and 3D modelling, ensuring design accuracy and manufacturability.

You will work on conveyors systems, layout reading, BOM creation, and layout preparation, with a focus on precision, attention to tolerances, and collaboration in design reviews.

Qualifications

• Carries out detailed mechanical design work including 2D drafting & 3D modelling.
• Responsible for Layout preparation.
• Responsible for preparing and presenting mechanical designs at design reviews.
• Responsible for the specification compliance of designs.
• Carries out Bill of Materials, manufacturing drawings, and erection drawings.

To design and develop accurate layout, manufacturing, and assembly drawings, along with comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM), in alignment with project requirements and timelines, ensuring seamless execution, efficient manufacturing, and successful project delivery.

Technical Skills Required

• Very good Knowledge of AutoCAD as 2D Software and Solid works as 3d Software.
• Knowledge of designing of different type of Conveyors system using for material handling.
• Knowledge Layout reading and preparation.
• Attention to details in reading and creating 2D drawing & 3D drawing.
• Good in Dimension Tolerances.
• Attention to details in creating BOM of Material.

Behavioural Skills Required

• Good in communication & team-oriented personality.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
