• Estimation & Administrative Support: assist senior estimators and maintain records.
• Project Oversight: understand client requirements and monitor tasks for alignment.
• Reporting & Quality Control: prepare and verify reports and updates for management.

Civil/Architectural professional with 2-3 yr. of experience in design and estimation, possessing strong expertise in 3D civil software.

Skilled in preparing accurate cost estimates, project planning, and creating detailed design models for projects.

Quantity Takeoffs:

• Measure materials, quantities, and labor requirements from project drawings.
• Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for assigned customer projects.
• Ensure all take-offs are completed efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Data Collection & Analysis:

• Gather quotations and project-related data from various customers and vendors.
• Prepare customized notes, documentation, and standardized processes for team members.
• Analyze project information to support estimation and decision-making activities.

Estimation & Administrative Support:

• Assist senior estimators with project research, cost analysis, and report preparation.
• Support the team in completing assigned tasks within project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing projects..

Project Oversight:

• Understand client requirements and project objectives.
• Collaborate with team leaders and managers to develop and implement project execution processes.
• Monitor assigned tasks to ensure alignment with customer expectations and company standards.

Reporting & Quality Control:

• Prepare, review, and verify reports, estimates, and project data.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and team-related information.
• Present findings and updates to management as required.
