Job summary

Erecon Spaces in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our projects. The role focuses on cost estimation, quantity surveying, and tender preparation for civil construction, requiring strong technical skills and attention to detail.

You will work with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting, develop BOQs, and support pre-bid meetings. 4–8 years of relevant experience and AutoCAD proficiency are essential; knowledge of Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of estimation engineering or quantity surveying experience.
• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil or related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, tender estimates, and quantity takeoffs from drawings.
• Perform measurement, rate analysis, estimation and billing.
• Develop detailed construction estimates including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Support pre-bid meetings with technical input on scope.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, Tender Estimates, and Quantity Takeoffs from drawings.
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement of quantities, preparation of rate analysis, estimation engineering, bill checking, and billing.
• Develop detailed estimates for construction projects including labor costs, materials, equipment rental, etc.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost projections and budgeting.
• Provide technical support during pre-bid meetings to discuss project requirements and scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in estimation engineering or related field (quantity surveying).
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of Revit an added advantage.
