Job summary

JobTrade is seeking a CAD engineer to develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, including civil, interior, and elevation drawings according to customer requirements.

The role involves preparing BOMs, coordinating with the production team, tracking daily activities in Excel, and willingness to perform site measurements as needed. Reports to the Operation Head and ensures design integrity throughout production.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 3D CAD modeling.
• Create concepts and sketches for designs.
• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings as per customer requirements.
• Prepare BOM from drawings and help compute materials.
• Coordinate with Production team and assist with site measurements when needed.
• Track daily activities and production sheets in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings as per project needs.
• Prepare Civil, Interior, and Elevation drawings according to customer requirements.
• Create and manage BOMs for drawings and productions.
• Coordinate with production team to ensure design accuracy and timelines.
• Assist in site visits for measurement when required and report findings.

Job description

• Knowledge on AutoCAD, any 3D module software, SolidWorks
• Create concepts and sketches
• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawing
• Preparation of Civil, Interior, and Elevation drawing as per customer requirement
• Preparation of Production drawings (Cutting and Bending drawings)
• Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material) of the given drawing
• Tracking daily activities and production sheet in excel.
• Supporting to Production team 9. willing to do the site visit and take measurement if required
• Directly reporting to Operation Head
• Coordinating with the team for Production.
• Verification quality of the products as per the given drawing
