Design Director L1 – Wipro

We are looking for an experienced Design Director to lead design practice, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver high‑impact design solutions for a global portfolio of clients.

• Run multiple full‑fledged projects with cross‑functional teams
• Demonstrate excellent time‑management and multi‑tasking capability
• Build and manage a strategic design practice within the studio; introduce new tools, frameworks, and best practices focusing on strategy, service design, and design phases
• Run sales/strategy activities to create new and rebiz opportunities
• Independently lead projects & accounts – research, strategy, service design, and UI/UX design opportunities
• Drive thought leadership for clients and industry – public speaking, conduct trainings, design courses
• Excel at communication and engagement
• Groom leaders and own development of teams
• Establish rituals for sharing, learning, and collaborating
• Develop strong collaborative and commercial network with other studios
• Set direction for the studio in line with Designit’s strategy

Experience: >10 years in design leadership roles.
