Job summary

Arrete Designers in Bangalore seeks a Project Architect / Technical Delivery Lead to guide design development through GFC/IFC, coordinate with consultants, and mentor a young architectural team.

You will translate design intent into buildable solutions, establish drawing standards, QA processes, and oversee site execution while working with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong working-drawing, detailing and GFC/IFC experience.
• Good understanding of construction and site execution.
• Strong consultant and contractor coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and take ownership.
• Mentor teams and build systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical and construction issues with contractors and site teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take projects from Design Development through GFC/IFC, consultant coordination and site execution, while mentoring a young architectural team.
