Job summary

The Monarch Enterprises in India is seeking a Design Cum Sales Executive with a background in interior design and sales. You will understand client requirements, develop design concepts, and present proposals to convert leads into projects.

You will coordinate with the design team to produce 2D layouts and 3D visualizations, prepare quotations, and explain materials and finishes. This role is office-based with 6-day weeks and monthly salary in the 45k-75k range.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Interior Design or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in interior design and sales.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other interior design software is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project specifications.
• Prepare and present interior design concepts, layouts, and proposals.
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare 2D layouts and 3D visualizations.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into clients.
