Job summary

Clear Bracket is seeking an architect to lead the Design Development phase in Gurugram. You will advance approved schematic designs into detailed, site-ready drawings, coordinating with MEPs and consultants to avoid clashes and ensure on-site execution.

The role requires hands-on development from concept to detailed drawings across multiple typologies, with strong CAD/3D skills and fluency in English and Hindi. Join a design-led studio and manage 1–2 sites from office in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• B.Arch (5-year) or equivalent; shortlisted candidates with 4-year degree/diploma will be considered
• 4 years of experience in architecture or interior architecture practice
• Hands-on Design Development on at least one project from schematic to detailed drawings
• Experience across at least two typologies: residential, commercial, retail, hospitality or mixed-use
• Construction documentation, detailing, MEP integration and site coordination on live projects
• Working fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Available to join within two weeks

A design-led interior architecture studio in Gurugram is hiring an architect to run the Design Development stage of its projects. Once the concept and schematic design are approved, this person carries them through to detailed, site-ready drawings and keeps execution on track at site.

This is a Design Development seat, not a concept role.

What You'll Do

• Your experience is concept or visualisation only, with no detailing or site exposure
• Your salary expectation is above ₹70,000 per month
• You cannot join within two weeks

Compensation

₹60,000-70,000 per month (₹7.20-8.40 LPA), offer nearer ₹60,000. Work from office, Gurugram, 5 days a week, 9:15 AM to 6:45 PM.
