Job summary

Hexaspace, an Ahmedabad-based interior design firm, is seeking a Design Consultant — Sales. You will be the first point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and guiding them from the initial conversation to a confirmed project.

Done well, this role offers rewarding impact and earnings through a fixed salary plus an uncapped incentive structure. You’ll work from our experience centre in Ahmedabad, with growth opportunities as the company scales across India.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of sales experience in interior design or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and close deals confidently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads through Online inquiries, Walk-ins, and network building.
• Conduct experience centre walkthroughs and client presentations.
• Understand client requirements to capture vision, preferences and budget.
• Present mood boards, concepts, and spatial possibilities with confidence.
• Close projects by building genuine trust, not just pushing a sale.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to set right expectations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reports.

The Opportunity

This is a role for someone who loves people as much as they love design. As a Design Consultant — Sales, you will be the first person a client meets at Hexaspace. You will listen, understand, inspire — and then guide them from their first conversation all the way to a confirmed project.

What You Will Do

• Handle inbound leads thru Online inquiries, Walk-ins, & building networks
