Job Description

• Lead end‑to‑end civil, structural, and architectural design governance for large‑scale data center projects, ensuring compliance with Indian and global standards while driving value engineering and lifecycle optimization.
• Own site master planning, structural and envelope design, and seamless integration with high‑density MEPF systems, with a strong focus on scalability, resilience, safety, and maintainability.
• Oversee vendor coordination, approvals, construction support, and commissioning interfaces, while embedding sustainability, climate resilience, and robust governance across the design and delivery lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or M.Tech (Structures/Construction); 10-15+ years (Lead) in mission‑critical or industrial C&S/Architectural design-data centers preferred.
• Demonstrated delivery of fast‑track, high‑reliability facilities from concept to IFC and construction support.
• Fair to strong understanding of MEPF requirements and their impact on structure, envelope, and layouts (AI/HPC preferred).
