Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to oversee execution and technical delivery of large, complex projects across sectors in India. You will mentor a high-performing team, drive quality, and ensure compliance with international codes.

This role requires 15+ years in structural engineering, advanced degrees, and hands-on use of STAAD, RAM, RISA, Revit or Tekla. International project experience and AI-driven engineering interest are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Structural Engineering; PE licence preferred.
• 15+ years of structural engineering with leadership capabilities.
• Experience in A/E consulting and multidisciplinary projects.
• Deep knowledge of IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI design standards.
• Hands-on with STAAD/RAM/RISA and BIM like Revit or Tekla.
• Mentor teams, improve technical quality, lead complex reviews.
• Experience on U.S. projects; international exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; interest in AI-enabled engineering.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong experience within Architecture & Engineering (A/E) consulting and multidisciplinary project environments
• Deep knowledge of international structural design standards such as IBC, ASCE, AISC, and ACI
• Hands-on expertise with structural analysis tools such as STAAD, RAM, or RISA and BIM platforms such as Revit or Tekla
• Proven ability to mentor teams, improve technical quality, and lead complex engineering reviews
• Experience supporting U.S. projects; international exposure preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with interest in AI-enabled engineering solutions
