Job summary

Upman Placements is seeking an Architect & Design Manager to lead the end-to-end design process for multiple projects at Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune. The role requires 5–10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

You will coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring design intent through all stages and integrating architectural and MEP designs. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end design process for multiple ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants (structural, MEP, landscape), contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure design intent is maintained through concept, schematic, design development, and working drawing stages.
• Review and provide feedback on all design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Prepare and review production drawings for architecture and interior fit-outs.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
• Ensure compatibility and integration of architectural and MEP designs.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project, engineering, and execution teams.
• Attend project meetings, provide design updates, and resolve design-related issues.
• Liaise with external consultants to ensure timely submission and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and design records.
• Participate in site visits to verify design implementation and quality control.
