Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design or related furniture design field.
• 3–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen and wardrobe design for clients at the store.
• Support Store Manager/Dealer in driving sales and meeting monthly targets.
• Handle customer walk-ins and understand requirements.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and installation planning.
• Create designs using software to meet client expectations.
• Manage existing orders and coordinate with backend teams.
• Book orders in software and coordinate material dispatch.
• Post-sales follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain database and coordinate with architects/interior designers for leads.
• Report sales and order data to the manager.

Designation: Design & Sales Expert

Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing or any other related degree in furniture design

Location: Multiple Locations, Pan India. As mentioned in the job openings notification

Experience: 3-5 years

Other Key Requirements:

• Comfortable working on weekends and good knowledge of AutoCAD or 20-20 software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Client-facing experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be ready to relocate anywhere within the state. The base location can be changed within the same state where the candidate is initially placed.

Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

1. Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for clients at the store.
2. Supporting the Store Manager/Dealer in driving sales from the store and achieving monthly sales targets.
3. Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understanding their requirements.
4. Conducting site visits (client homes) for measurements and installation requirements.
5. Creating designs using software to meet client expectations.
6. Managing existing customer orders, providing order updates, ensuring site readiness, coordinating kitchen installation schedules, resolving customer queries, and collecting feedback.
7. Booking orders in the software and coordinating material dispatch with backend teams.
8. Conducting post-sales follow-ups.
9. Maintaining a database and coordinating with architects and interior designers to generate leads for the assigned region.
10. Reporting sales and order booking data to the manager on a regular basis.
