Job summary

Trishul Structure & Fabrication in Surat, Gujarat invites an enthusiastic Design & Estimation Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. You will read drawings, prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for structural steel projects.

Responsibilities include optimizing material usage, coordinating with design/procurement/execution teams, and maintaining accurate estimation records in line with project specifications and company standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in structural steel fabrication, industrial projects, or estimation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret structural, architectural, and fabrication drawings.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs.
• Estimate steel, roofing, and other project material requirements.
• Optimize material consumption and project costs.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams.
• Maintain estimation records, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and company procedures.
• Total weight calculation based on site measurement.
