Policy Bazaar is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Health Insurance to lead a large sales team and drive growth across the Health Insurance vertical. The role requires 10+ years in Insurance/BFSI/Sales with strong Health Insurance expertise.

You will manage a 50+ member team, drive targets, coaching, and performance reviews while ensuring compliant processes and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in Insurance/BFSI/Sales.
• Strong experience in Health Insurance.
• Proven experience in large team handling (50+ members).
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and people-management skills.
• Willingness to work Saturday & Sunday as mandatory working days.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a 50+ member Health Insurance sales team.
• Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Monitor team productivity, performance, and key business metrics.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans.
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance and team productivity.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance.
• Handle customer and business escalations effectively.
• Analyze sales reports and dashboards to identify trends and improvement areas.
