Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services in India is seeking a Sales Manager for the West Region to drive revenue growth for screw pumps. You will build strategic relationships with key customers in oil & gas, steel, cement, power, chemicals, and marine, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering degree and 10+ years in industrial equipment sales, with a track record of expanding market share and delivering technical solutions.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of Screw pumps across the Western regions. This role will involve building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying market opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle. The profile will work closely with the technical and support teams to deliver customized solutions to clients in diverse industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power , Chemicals, Oil terminals and Marine.

Basic Qualifications

• Technical qualification : Engineering degree in Mechanical.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Residential – covering the Western Region

Key Competencies

• Strong network within key industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power, Chemicals, and Marine


• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to offer technical solutions to complex challenges.


• Experience working with distributors, OEMs, and engineering contractors.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP will be a plus.
