Job summary

Hydro Prokav Pumps, an Ingersoll Rand business, seeks a Sales Manager for the South Region to drive revenue growth across Southern India. The role focuses on Screw pumps, High pressure Triplex plunger pumps, and Descaler systems, building relationships with new and existing customers in Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, and Chemicals.

The candidate should bring 10+ years in industrial equipment sales, a mechanical engineering degree, and strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical is required.
• 10+ years of sales or business development in industrial equipment.
• Experience selling Pumps or similar fluid handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth for Screw pumps, High pressure Triplex plunger Pumps and Descaler systems in the South Region.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify market opportunities and manage full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategy and planning for regional growth.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing service and support.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of Screw pumps , High pressure Triplex plunger Pumps and Descaler systems across the Southern regions. This role will involve building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying market opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle. The profile will work closely with the technical and support teams to deliver customized solutions to clients in diverse industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power , Chemicals, Oil terminals and Marine.

Basic Qualifications

• Technical qualification : Engineering degree in Mechanical.
• 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in industrial equipment, ideally with experience selling Pumps or similar fluid handling equipment.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Residential/Hybrid – covering the South Region

Key Competencies

• Strong network within key industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power, Chemicals, and Marine
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer technical solutions to complex challenges.
• Experience working with EPC’s/Distributors, OEMs, Consultants and engineering contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP will be a plus.
