The candidate should have hospital nursing operations experience, strong leadership, and good communication skills, with DNS/ANS exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing overall nursing operations.
• Supervise and monitor nursing staff across all hospital departments.
• Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
• Manage nursing manpower, duty rosters, and staff deployment.
• Monitor the performance and discipline of nursing staff.
• Ensure proper implementation of nursing policies and protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and infection control practices.
• Conduct regular training and orientation programs for nursing staff.
• Monitor nursing documentation and departmental reports.
• Handle patient complaints related to nursing services.
• Ensure the availability and proper utilization of nursing equipment and supplies.
