Park Medicenters And Institutions is seeking an experienced Nursing Superintendent to oversee nursing operations across the hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety. You will coordinate with doctors and departments to implement NABH standards and policies.

The candidate should hold B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM and have relevant hospital nursing administration experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to lead the nursing team effectively.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing/ GNM NURSING
• Relevant experience in hospital nursing administration.
• Candidates with experience as Nursing Superintendent NS / DNS preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise overall nursing operations in the hospital.
• Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
• Monitor and guide nursing staff, including ANS, Nursing In-charges, and Staff Nurses.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage nursing manpower.
• Ensure proper implementation of nursing policies and protocols.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and discipline.
• Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital guidelines.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for nursing staff.
• Maintain proper nursing documentation and reports.
• Handle patient and attendant complaints related to nursing services.
