Job summary

Chembond Chemicals Ltd. in Raipur, Chhattisgarh is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

You will develop accounts, acquire new customers and projects, and manage quotations, negotiations, and the sales pipeline. Additionally, you will oversee service management, coordinate installations and maintenance, and lead team and territory management across Chhattisgarh.

Job description

1. Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Raipur, ChhattisgarhDevelop existing accounts and acquire new customers, dealers, and projects.Execute the state sales plan and generate leads through visits, enquiries, exhibitions, and market research.Manage quotations, negotiations, order finalization, sales pipeline, and payment follow-up.Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and business opportunities.

2. Service Management

Manage after-sales service activities across Chhattisgarh.Coordinate installation, commissioning, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within agreed TAT.Coordinate with service teams, HO, and spare-parts teams.Manage AMC renewals, service reports, and escalated technical issues.

3. Team & Territory Management

Plan and manage field visits across key locations in Chhattisgarh.Guide sales/service engineers and channel partners.Allocate leads and service cases and monitor their progress.Review team performance against sales and service KPIs.Conduct review meetings and report performance to senior management.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with key and strategic customers.Conduct regular customer visits and collect feedback.Resolve commercial and service-related escalations.Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, and cross-selling.Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
