Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a Commerce Graduate with relevant R2R expertise to join our GBSS Shared Services team in Mumbai. The role involves managing core R2R activities, financial reporting, account analysis and reconciliations, while supporting audit coordination and governance.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years in R2R/General Accounting, strong P&L and Balance Sheet understanding, hands-on SAP experience, and exposure to shared services environments. Local GAAP reporting knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in R2R/General Accounting/Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience in audit coordination and Local GAAP reporting will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage core R2R activities, financial reporting, account analysis and reconciliations.
• Support audit coordination and governance for R2R processes.
• Assist in setting up and strengthening the R2R function.
• Collaborate with Shared Services teams to ensure process compliance.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and timely account analysis.

We are looking for a Commerce Graduate with 45 years of relevant experience, preferably from Global Capability Centres (GCCs), offshore finance operations, or manufacturing finance teams, to join our Record to Report (R2R) function. The role will be responsible for managing core R2R activities, financial reporting, account analysis, reconciliations, audit support, and process governance. This position is part of the GBSS Shared Services team and will play a key role in setting up and strengthening the R2R function.

Role & responsibilities

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Accounting / Financial Reporting, preferably in GCCs, offshore finance operations, or manufacturing finance teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, GL accounting, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience in audit coordination and Local GAAP reporting will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to process transitions, automation, standardisation, and Shared Services environments will be an added advantage.
