Adecco India seeks a seasoned finance professional with extensive R2R and general accounting experience to support manufacturing finance operations in Mumbai. The role focuses on P&L, balance sheet integrity, GL reconciliations, and financial reporting, with SAP expertise preferred.

You will drive process automation, SOP maintenance, and timely audit coordination across site finance teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Local GAAP.

Qualificações

• 45 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Accounting / Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, GL accounting, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience in audit coordination and Local GAAP reporting will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to process transitions, automation, standardisation, and Shared Services environments will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to site finance queries, providing clarifications and detailed analysis as required.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and analyse actuals versus forecasts.
• Work closely with site finance teams in the preparation of Local GAAP financial statements.
• Manage deliverables for internal and external audits for processes within scope.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness, with a strong focus on automation and process standardization.
• Perform regular reviews of Balance Sheet accounts in SAP to ensure completeness, accuracy, and cleanliness of GL accounts while adopting SAP best practices.
• Ensure SOPs are accurate and up to date, with process changes documented and signed off by relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
