Job summary

CamWebDir in Mumbai invites applications for a Deputy Manager-Record to Report with 3–5 years of R2R experience. You will partner with site finance teams to produce Local GAAP financial statements and oversee audit deliverables, both internal and external.

The role focuses on enhancing processes via automation, setting governance with site controllers, and planning transitions to shared services while ensuring SAP-based balance sheets are accurate. SAP Hana experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site finance teams to prepare Local GAAP financial statements
• Manage internal and external audit deliverables for multiple schedules
• Drive process automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Establish governance cadence and reporting metrics with site controllers
• Identify opportunities to transition processes to shared services and plan the move
• Review SAP balance sheet accounts to ensure completeness and clean GL

Deputy Manager-Record to ReportGraduate 3-5 yrs of R2R experienceWork with other GBSS internal teams to ensure that processes like Bank Reconciliations, Sub ledger reconciliations are delivered as per the Standard operating procedures

• Work with Site finance teams on preparation of Local Gaap Financial statements
• Manage the audit deliverables Both Internal and external for various schedules which are in Scope
• Continually assess opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process with automation as the key driver of performing repetitive tasks
• Setup governance mechanism(frequency) and the metrics to be reported in consultation with site controllers
• Proactively identify opportunities which can be transitioned to shared services and setup the execution plan
• \u003e Consistently review balance sheet accounts in SAP to ensure completeness and maintain cleanliness of the GL accounts by adopting best practices of SAP
• Ensure that the Standard operating procedures is upto date and all the process changes are updated immediately and signed off by the relevant stakeholders
• \u003e Exposure to transitioning of accounting processes from overseas sites/locations
• Expert Knowledge of working on SAP a must. Candidates with SAP Hana experience would be preferred
