Job summary

Havells in Neemrana, Rajasthan is seeking a Quality Assurance professional with a background in AC or refrigeration to lead field and product quality improvements. You will analyze customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPA and 8D implementations across manufacturing, R&D and service teams.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively deployed within the HVAC/home appliances domain.

Qualifications

• Background in AC or Refrigerator mandatory.
• Experience in Field Quality, Customer Quality, or Product Quality in HVAC/Home Appliances.
• Strong RCA and root cause analysis skills.
• Hands-on CAPA and 8D implementation experience.
• Ability to coordinate with manufacturing, R&D, service and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Role & responsibilities: work on quality improvements across AC and refrigerator domains.
• Investigate field failures and customer complaints with RCA to identify root causes.
• Lead CAPA and 8D processes to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, service and other teams to drive quality.
• Prepare reports and drive preventive actions across functions.
