Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in Quality in Electrical Switchgear/Switchboard industry.
• 2–3 years in Process, Product and Quality System Audits.
• ISO, TQM or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001 is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and quality tools (SPC/SOC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of electrical switchgears, switchboards and IS/IEC standards.
• Knowledge of testing methods and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with PPAP and PFMEA tools desirable.

• Conduct product and process audits and ensure daily inspections.
• Implement quality checks to prevent errors and maintain integrity.

• Quality certifications such as ISO, TQM, or Six Sigma are preferred.
• Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001 is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality tools like SPC and SOC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• A strong understanding of Electrical Switchgears, Switchboards, and relevant IS/IEC standards.
