Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., invites applications for a Deputy Manager - Purchase at the Vadodara Plant.

You will lead procurement of mechanical components, oversee SAP/MRP-driven purchasing, remove bottlenecks, and ensure SOP adherence across production and procurement. BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical with 3–8 years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical engineering is required.
• 3–8 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and MRP processes is essential.
• Experience with DWM and documentation for procurement activities.
• Strong adherence to SOPs and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• To Handle Procurement activities of mechanical components.
• Knowledge of procurement by MRP process through SAP
• Knowledge of DWM, SAP
• Remove technical bottlenecks in production/procurement and ramp-up
• Proper documentation for DWM activities.
• Adherence, and upkeep of all operations to SOP/ PL
