Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive/engine production.
• B.Tech or Diploma required in related field.
• Experience with engine assembly and machining processes is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Resolve process and quality issues in engine assembly and testing.
• Identify engine defects and perform root cause analysis.
• Set up machining for new models, including line setup and ramp-up.
• Improve capacity through debottlenecking and process enhancements.
• Implement zero-rejection concepts in the rejection system.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives in tooling, power, and productivity.
• Coordinate with all support functions and resolve concerns with CFT.
• Foster safety-focused work culture and continuous improvement.
• Promote adherence to quality systems and standards.
• Implement TPM practices in machining operations.
• Drive tool-cost reduction and productivity projects.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Process Issues / Quality issues Resolution related to engine assembly and testing.
• Engine defect identification and root cause analysis
• New model Machining set up , line setup and ramp up
• Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements
• Rejection system-implementation of zero rejection concept
• Revenue cost reduction –initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation
• Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT
• Generate Safety working culture
• Develop improvement culture
• Knowledge of quality systems and adherence
• Implementation of TPM in Machining
• Driving Tool cost reduction, Power cost Reduction & productivity improvement projects
