The Caliber Hunt is looking for a Deputy Manager - Planning with Execution in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The role focuses on project planning, scheduling, and execution for Solar Power Plant, Pooling Substation, and Transmission Line projects. Candidates should hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or related fields and have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
This full-time position requires strong technical skills in project management and coordination, ensuring timely project delivery.
The Deputy Manager - Planning with Execution will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and on‑site execution of Solar Power Plant, Pooling Substation (PSS), and Transmission Line (TL) projects. The role requires close coordination with engineering, procurement, quality, safety, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Develop project execution strategies, resource deployment plans, and construction schedules.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure project progress aligns with approved timelines.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical, procurement, and contractor teams for seamless project execution.
Track project milestones, critical paths, and identify potential delays and risks.
Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution methodologies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and project MIS for management review.
Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, and contractor productivity at site.
Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Ensure compliance with project quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations.
Participate in project review meetings and recommend corrective actions to achieve project targets.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Ensure timely closure of site issues and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
Qualifications: Civil Engineering degree.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project planning and execution.
Proven experience in utility‑scale Solar Power Plant, Pooling Substation (PSS), and Transmission Line (TL) projects.
Experience in EPC, renewable energy, or power infrastructure projects is mandatory.
