Job summary

Sansera Engineering in Bengaluru seeks a Deputy Manager for New Product Development with hands-on QA in NPD. You will lead QA activities, ensure process controls, and drive IATF core tools across projects. The role requires strong communication and manufacturing background to manage domestic and overseas customer needs.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, implement PFMEA/PPAP/APQP, and uphold QA basics throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications

• Should have hands on experience on Quality assurance activities at NPD
• Knowledge of processes and controls
• From the similar manufacturing industry background
• Strong in Quality / analysis tools & QA basics
• Customer interactions skills for both domestic & overseas Customers
• Strong knowledge on IATF Core tools like APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA & Control plan

• Oversee QA activities during new product development
