Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India seeks a seasoned quality professional to own product quality for hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, power units and cylinders. You will drive problem-solving investigations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead internal/external quality topics.

The role demands experience with automotive quality systems and customer audits. Demonstrated ability to manage PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, CP and 8D processes will be highly valued.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical with 8–10 years of experience in quality or product quality for hydraulic systems.
• Experience with automotive quality system requirements: PPAP, PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC.
• Customer audit handling experience and strong communication with customers on complaints/feedback.
• Certified auditor for QMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product quality for hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, power unit, cylinders).
• Handle customer complaints and close within defined timelines using systematic problem solving.
• Coordinate and resolve internal/external quality topics with CFT team; participate in Q-table from QMM.

Job Description

• Responsible for product quality for the hydraulic systems like pumps, valves, power unit and cylinders.
• Responsible for customer complaints and initiate closure through systematic problem solving within defined timeline.
• Coordinating and resolving the internal/external Product/process quality topics along with CFT team involving Q-Methods support. Q-table participation from QMM department.
• Moderating Manufacturing Works quality to drive the corrective actions. Independent verification for corrective action implementation & effectiveness.
• Conduct process audit as per VDA standard, system audit as per ISO 9001 standard and spot audit.
• Representing Ahmedabad plant during various meeting with Germany team.
• Customer engagement through virtual and face to face meetings
• PPAP/ISIR submission to customers with compiling necessary Quality reporting from Manufacturing
• Moderation/Coaching of Quality Methods FMEA, CP, 8D, 4Q and QG/APQP Support during ISO 9001 external audit

Qualifications

B.E Mechanical with 8 to 10 yrs.
