The role ensures the smooth operation of marketing platforms, automation workflows, campaign tools, and analytics systems to enable data-driven insights and optimized MarTech investments.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, MarTech management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with key marketing technologies such as marketing automation platforms, campaign management platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience with platforms like Netcore, CleverTap, Sinch, Google Analytics, Tableau is preferred.

• The MarTech Operations & Management Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the daily execution and management of the company's marketing technology ecosystem.
• Ensure the smooth operation of marketing platforms, automation workflows, campaign tools, and analytics systems,
• Enabling the marketing team to achieve business objectives,
• Enhance customer engagement, and drive campaign success.
• Ensures that the systems, tools, and processes are running efficiently to support ongoing campaigns, while enabling data-driven insights and optimized MarTech investments.
• Support the operational heartbeat of the MarTech ecosystem, ensuring that systems are properly integrated, workflows are efficient, and marketing teams can execute campaigns effectively to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Desired Candidate:
