Job summary

ALPLA Group in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Quality/QA systems professional to drive QMS, document control, and ISO standard implementations. You will conduct internal audits, lead root-cause analysis and PFMEA gap studies, and push continuous improvements across plant operations.

The role requires 7–8 years in a quality management environment, strong English communication, and willingness to travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 7 – 8 Years of Hands-on experience in Quality Management System.
• Good English communication skills (speaking and writing).
• Good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, PPT and MS Word.
• Ability to handle tough situations with internal and external customers.
• Flexible/open to travel extensively when required.

Responsibilities

• Through knowledge of Document Control Management system.
• Write SOPs, forms and check sheets and formulate context of the QMS and Quality Manual.
• Converse with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GMP standards to establish standards & systems at the plant.
• Hands-on in conducting Internal Audits.
• Support and resolve chronic system issues at the plant.
• Instrumental to conduct PFMEA Gap analysis.
• Robust knowledge of Root Cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvements.
• Demonstrate problem-solving ability.
• Strong training skills.
• Conduct Risk analysis.
• Drive change control.
