Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Chakan, Maharashtra is seeking a maintenance engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens PLCs, Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000, drives, remote I/O and HMIs to support our automotive manufacturing lines.

You will have knowledge of ethernet networks, electrical panel wiring, spare parts management, pneumatics and hydraulics, plus experience in transmission assemblies, conveyors, servo presses and gear boxes.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of maintenance engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley platforms.
• Experience with electrical panel selection and wiring.
• Knowledge of ethernet networking and industrial drives.
• Experience with transmission assemblies, conveyors, servo presses, gear boxes.
• Spare parts management experience.
• Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Maintenance manpower handling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Manage maintenance staff and documentation.
• Coordinate spare parts and vendor support.
• Support transmission assembly and automation lines.
• Ensure electrical panel integrity and wiring safety.

• Should have ethernet network knowledge
• Should have electrical panel component selection & Cable wiring knowledge, Able trouble shoots panel & Field wiring fault.
• Should be familiar with Transmission Assembly/ Transmission Engine Assembly.
• Have done Torqing,Servo Presses,Conveyor,Gear Box, Vision Camera,Cognix
• Should have experience on spare part management
• Have used Pneumatics,Hydrolics.
• Maintenance Manpower handling & Documentation.
