Job summary

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) seeks a skilled M365 Email Security Specialist to support, administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services with a focus on Defender for Office 365 Email Security. You will protect business communications from phishing, spam and malware while maintaining global service availability.

You will collaborate with IT teams across VOIS locations, document best practices and provide guidance to L1 support staff.

About This Role

We are seeking an M365 Email Security Specialist to support, administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services, with a particular focus on Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Email Security. The role will help protect business communications from phishing, spam, malware, spoofing and other email-based threats while maintaining service availability across VOIS global locations.

• You have working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• You have experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Email Security services
• You can analyse service issues and identify practical solutions
• You collaborate effectively in a changing technical environment
• You communicate technical information clearly and maintain accurate documentation
• You are committed to continuous learning and service improvement.
