Job summary

Vodafone VOIS in Pune is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead Microsoft 365 Defender for Office 365 Email Security, administer and optimize security services, and protect business communications across global locations.

You will resolve end-user issues, monitor service health, document processes, and provide guidance to L1 teams while participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Email Security services is essential.
• Ability to analyse service issues and identify practical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a changing technical environment.

About this Role

We are seeking an M365 Email Security Specialist to support, administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services, with a particular focus on Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Email Security. The role will help protect business communications from phishing, spam, malware, spoofing and other email-based threats while maintaining service availability across VOIS global locations.
