Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a legal compliance professional to handle civil and criminal matters, coordinate with lawyers and law firms, and manage service of summons, warrants, visits, and meetings with customers.

Based in Hyderabad, you will support regulatory compliance under Sec 138 NI Act and PASA, assist investigations, and ensure coordinated case flow across offices to protect the company's interests.

Qualifications

• Well-versed with Sec 138 NI Act, Sec 25 PASA, Arbitration, Civil, and Criminal Laws.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) were required.

Responsibilities

• Attend cases filed against the company and coordinate with lawyers and law firms.
• Police liaisoning, ensuring service of summons, warrants, visits, and meetings with customers.
