Adani Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional based in Ahmedabad, India. The role involves inspecting building infrastructure, planning preventive/corrective civil maintenance, managing repairs, and coordinating with vendors to ensure safety and compliance.

The candidate will handle snagging post-construction, resolve tenant issues, and maintain detailed operation reports and schedules, while helping prepare budgets and monitor costs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure to identify and resolve issues.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for civil works, ensuring minimal disruption to property operations.
• Manage repairs related to wear and tear, cracks, leakages, or structural defects.
• Identify, document, and resolve snagging issues post-construction in coordination with contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure civil works meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to execute civil maintenance and repair tasks effectively.
• Address and resolve tenant and client complaints related to civil issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain records of complaints and solutions for future reference.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on civil maintenance activities, including snagging, repairs, and expenses.
• Update checklists, logs, and maintenance schedules regularly.
• Assist in preparing budgets for civil maintenance and repair activities, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for civil works, ensuring minimal disruption to property operations.

Manage repairs related to wear and tear, cracks, leakages, or structural defects.

Identify, document, and resolve snagging issues post-construction in coordination with contractors and internal teams.

Ensure that civil works meet the required safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Vendor and Contractor Coordination:

Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to execute civil maintenance and repair tasks effectively.

Ensure work quality and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Customer Complaint Resolution:

Address and resolve tenant and client complaints related to civil issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Maintain records of complaints and solutions for future reference.

Operational Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on civil maintenance activities, including snagging, repairs, and expenses.

Update checklists, logs, and maintenance schedules regularly.

Budget Management:

Assist in preparing budgets for civil maintenance and repair activities.

Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
