Job summary

ReNew in India is seeking a Deputy Manager - Hydro O&M to lead mechanical maintenance of hydro assets in Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand. The role requires a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical and 10–15 years of hands-on experience.

You will oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, spare planning, documentation, and ensure HSE compliance while maximizing generation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Execution and monitoring mechanical maintenance activities to ensure the healthiness of all equipments and related documentation.
• To assist in spares planning
• To minimize downtime in breakdown maintenance to reduce generation loss.
• Execution of Preventive Maintenance for reliable operation
• Planning and Execution of annual maintenance
• Quick restoration of Unit/system with fast troubleshooting thereby reducing the downtime so as to maximize the generation
• Ensuring HSE implementation during maintenance activities
• To ensure adequate inventory
• Documentations; Scheduling, Daily Maintenance Report, Checklists, Breakdown Reports, HIRA, SOPs, JSA, etc.
• RCA for system improvement
