Job summary

Talescope Consulting Private Limited is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives across multiple locations in India. The role involves implementing HR strategies, managing hiring, onboarding and training at the Surat location, and ensuring robust employee relations and compliance across sites.

You will partner with the management team to drive performance appraisal processes, HR metrics, and engagement programs while maintaining workplace privacy.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR / MSW / PGDBM, MA in Psychology.
• 4–6 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Finance sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategies aligned with the business strategy and Head Office.
• Bridge between management and employee relations at Surat Location by addressing demands, grievances, or location-related issues.
• Manage location hiring, onboarding, and training as HR Business Partner.
• Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the Business Site.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout HR activities across locations.
• Execute engagement initiatives driven by Head Office across locations.

• Responsible for executing HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and Head Office.
• Act as a Bridge between management and employee relations at Surat Location by addressing demands, Grievances, or other location-related issues.
• Manage Location Hiring, Onboarding, and training as HR Business Partner.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the Business Site.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management activities across Locations.
• Need to execute all engagement-related Initiatives driven by the Head Office Team across Locations.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Education: MBA in HR / MSW / PGDBM, MA in Psychology

Experience:

• 4-6 Years of experience in HR Generalist Role.
• Preference from Finance Sector
