Preparation of the requirement for automation and UAT of the same with respect to Operations Accounting

Timely Ledger scrutiny

Tax Audit related requirement wrt to Operations Accounting

Computation of penalty to be transferred to Core SGF

Member TDS Credit Accounting & Reconciliation

Investments:

Recording of Sale, Purchase & Renewal of Investments

Compliance wrt prudential norms

Approval for Investments

Computation of Investable Surplus

Preparation of Investment MIS

Preparation of Analysis/ Board ppt on financials

Preparation of Board Agenda with respect to investments

For all the above function inter-alia includes handling Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors.

The above performance of role shall be within the defined SOPs and timelines for each compliance task. Further, based on introduction of any Act / Laws which are required to be implemented by any group company, the role shall be accordingly updated for additional responsibility.

Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant
