The candidate should have CA Semi-Qualification with strong taxation and statutory experience, as well as treasury and team-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in independently handling taxation and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, treasury, and team management.
• Banking and funding proposal experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual finalization of accounts and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and ROC filing requirements.
• Handle tax assessments, regulatory notices, hearings, and responses to authorities.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, loan proposals, and fund utilization.
• Oversee ERP-based accounting, MIS reporting, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.
