Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited in Bengaluru seeks Deputy Manager - PVT Responsibilities & Key Deliverables to lead module-wise product quality for DC-DC, BMS and wiring harness, and to analyze field concerns in Electrical/Electronics modules.

The role requires strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, DOE, fishbone) and IATF 16949 standards, with 7–10 years of experience in BE Electrical/Electronics, plus hands-on data analysis and excellent communication to train dealers and collect customer

Qualifications

• Awareness of quality tools (New 7QC, 8D, Yellow Belt).
• Awareness of quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9000 & 14000).
• Certified internal auditor.
• Data Analysis and Problem solving skills.
• Experience 7 to 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Module(Component) wise product quality responsibilities - DC DC, BMS and Wirirng harness.

• Effective interpersonal communication & presentation skills

General requirements
