Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in Bengaluru is seeking a senior professional to lead and support Industry 4.0, connectivity and digital engineering initiatives to enable smart manufacturing, connected value chains and data-driven decision-making.

You will work on machine connectivity, IIoT, MES/MAS deployment, data analytics, dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, AI/ML and digital twin concepts. The role requires 6-8 years of relevant experience and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Computer Science).
• MBA/M.Tech in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics) is preferred.
• 6-8 years of Experience in relevant role

Responsibilities

• Implement Industry 4.0 and Connected Industry solutions across manufacturing and logistics.
• Develop machine connectivity and IIoT solutions using industrial communication technologies.
• Support MES/MAS deployment, data integration, and digital shopfloor initiatives.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI/Tableau.
• Drive AI/ML, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and automation projects.
