Job summary

WNS Holdings in Gurugram, India seeks an experienced Business Finance/FP&A professional with strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and P&L management. Corporate FP&A experience is mandatory and candidates with BPO exposure and operations understanding are preferred.

Key duties include owning FP&A activities, managing P&L analysis, preparing management reports and dashboards, and partnering with operations to drive financial insights and cost

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in an IC role.
