Job summary

Kia India Private Limited invites applications for a senior role overseeing canteen, estate, and transportation support services at its Penukonda facility in Andhra Pradesh. The position requires 6–12 years of relevant experience in canteen estate and transport management and direct interaction with the canteen contractor to ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs.

The candidate will ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements, while coordinating with finance

Qualifications

• Any Graduate/PG (Preferably in BHM) OR with relevant experience in GA (Canteen Estate & Transport Management)
• Experience: 6–12 years of relevant experience in Canteen Estate & Transport Management
• Experience in managing canteen, estate and transport services with vendor coordination and cost control

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and canteen contractor and conduct regular vendor review meetings
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, personal hygiene, and medical fitness standards
• Monitor food quality, taste, freshness, portion size, menu adherence, and timely service as per production shifts
• Conduct routine inspections of kitchen, storage, and dining areas and ensure timely closure of observations
• Collect employee feedback and resolve food quality/service-related issues in coordination with the vendor
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contract terms
• Manage day-to-day Canteen, Estate, and Transportation services to ensure smooth facility operations
• Ensure vendors comply with statutory, labour, safety, EHS, hygiene, and contractual requirements
• Coordinate with Finance for verification and processing of vendor bills as per pricing and service delivery
• Maintain audit readiness and proper records of inspections, complaints, corrective actions, and compliance documents
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement without compromising quality and safety
• Prepare periodic MIS reports covering facility performance, vendor performance, costs, complaints, and SLA compliance
