Job summary

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: execute electrical project activities in Thermal Power Plant projects.
• Monitor installation, erection, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Ensure schedules, technical specs and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and site teams; track progress and resolve issues.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of generators, transformers, switchgear and switchyards.
• Review testing procedures and commissioning plans; perform pre-commissioning activities.

• The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of electrical systems, adherence to quality and safety standards, coordination with stakeholders, and successful project completion within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Project Execution - Execute electrical project activities in Thermal Power Plant projects.
• - Monitor installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• - Ensure compliance with project schedules, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
• - Track project progress and resolve technical issues during execution.
• C&I Systems Management - Contron Valves - Oversee installation and commissioning of:-

• Contract & Vendor Management - Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors.
• - Review contractor bills and certify work completion.
• - Monitor contract compliance, progress, and performance.
• - Coordinate with vendors for technical discussions and issue resolution.Planning & Documentation - Prepare project schedules and progress reports.
• - Review engineering drawings and technical documents.
• - Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and project documentation.
• - Facilitate punch point closure and project handover activities.
• Safety & Quality - Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
