Emaar India is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead planning, budgeting and forecasting efforts. The role involves building robust financial models, performing IRR/NPV analyses and driving decision-support for real estate and infra projects.

You will collaborate with Sales, Projects, Development and Finance teams, prepare concise leadership presentations, and contribute to automation of planning processes to improve MIS and reporting.

Qualifications

• Support preparation of annual budget, business plan and forecasts.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and feasibility analyses.
• Undertake IRR, NPV, sensitivity and scenario analyses for projects and opportunities.
• Support evaluation of new projects, land opportunities and investment proposals.
• Analyse actual performance vs. budget/business plan and identify variances.

• Develop financial analysis to support pricing, launch, phasing and other business decisions.
• Prepare management and senior leadership presentations with concise commentary and key insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Development, Finance for inputs into the Business Plan.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial, commercial and strategic analyses for management.
• Support automation and continuous improvement of planning models, MIS, and reporting processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Support preparation of the Annual Budget, Business Plan and periodic forecasts.
• Build and maintain detailed project financial models and feasibility analyses, including revenue, cost, profitability and cash-flow projections.
• Undertake IRR, NPV, sensitivity and scenario analysis for projects and business opportunities.
• Support evaluation of new projects, land opportunities and investment proposals.
• Analyse actual performance vs. budget/business plan, identify key variances and underlying business drivers.
• Prepare and analyse project-wise sales, collections, revenue, cost and cash-flow plans.
• Develop financial analysis to support pricing, launch, phasing and other business decisions.
• Prepare management and senior leadership presentations, including concise analytical commentary and key insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Development, Finance and other functions for assumptions and inputs into the Business Plan.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial, commercial and strategic analysis required by management.
• Support automation and continuous improvement of planning models, MIS and reporting processes

Preferred candidate profile

• CA / CFA / MBA Finance from a Big 4 firm preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, FP&A, Corporate Finance,
• Investment Banking / Private Equity / Transaction Advisory experience preferred, particularly candidates with extensive financial modelling exposure.
• Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure or other project-driven businesses would be an added advantage.
